The ancient tradition of Yoga can be traced back over five thousand years. The connection of mind with heart; and breath with movement creates a special resonance that all people can experience.
The Pantanjali Yog Peeth Trust is a registered charity that is committed to providing free Yoga for all, though a contribution is requested to cover the cost. All sessions are supported by passionate Yoga practitioners who provide their services for free.
During session, you will receive instruction on a variety of Yoga principles, ranging from Pranayama (breathing exercises) and Asanas (Yoga positions). Classes also incorporate meditation practice and advice on general well being. Whilst Yoga classes are held at Reading Temple, the Yoga classes are secular. Come make new friends and enjoy the benefits of Yoga.
